HR & GA Manager
(Kedah - Kulim Hi-Tech Park)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
- Provide human resources management and administrative support to General Manager Finance & Administration
- Coordinate staff recruitment activities and selection process
- Facilitate and consolidate annual performance appraisal exercise for annual bonus and salary review
- Coordinate staff training and development process
- Facilitate staff and manager communications and problem solving
- Ensure adherence to applicable governmental regulations
Requirements:
- Degree in any field with minimum 5 years' related experience in managerial role in a manufacturing industry
- Possess good leadership and result-oriented
- Well versed in Malaysian Labour Law
