HR & GA Manager

Our client, a high-technology Japanese manufacturing facility located in Kulim Hi-Tech Park is having the following vacancy. Due to the successful establishment and steady growth, they are now looking for more self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to be part of their dynamic team.

HR & GA Manager

(Kedah - Kulim Hi-Tech Park)
Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
  2. Provide human resources management and administrative support to General Manager Finance & Administration
  3. Coordinate staff recruitment activities and selection process
  4. Facilitate and consolidate annual performance appraisal exercise for annual bonus and salary review
  5. Coordinate staff training and development process
  6. Facilitate staff and manager communications and problem solving
  7. Ensure adherence to applicable governmental regulations
Requirements:
  1. Degree in any field with minimum 5 years' related experience in managerial role in a manufacturing industry
  2. Possess good leadership and result-oriented
  3. Well versed in Malaysian Labour Law
